•Review: This book contained very intense, descriptive, and scary parts. The scene when Alex was cornered at an electric fence surrounded by two monster trucks was exciting and full of action. I give Stormbreaker three and a half out of five stars because it had a suspenseful and intriguing plot, but at times, it was predictable and weak. This book had a thrilling spy theme that the author probably could have developed better. For example, when Alex jumped out of an enemy plane prepared for skydiving, the author could have used more descriptive words to make it more exciting. Also, when Alex explored the deserted mine tunnel, the dull description of the mine did not match Alex's fearful thoughts.
